Section 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with sk4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using sk4444 in any capacity.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed voluntarily or by a regulatory authority.
• You may hold only one account with sk4444. Duplicate, shared, or multi-user accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances derived from bonus funds.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

Section 2

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sk4444 login credentials. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account, even with your consent.
• You must notify sk4444 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• sk4444 will never request your password or OTP via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• All bets and transactions placed through your account are your responsibility, including any placed prior to reporting unauthorised access.

sk4444 employs SSL encryption across all platform connections and applies multi-factor authentication on login and withdrawals. However, the security of your account credentials on your personal device remains your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and enabling device-level security features.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

sk4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select other local banking channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal-Only-to-Registered Account: All withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit. sk4444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your sk4444 account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Currency Conversion: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

sk4444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, seasonal offers, and a multi-tier VIP loyalty programme. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be specified on each individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. sk4444 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse is suspected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins have a validity period, as specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or using automated betting strategies — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• VIP Programme: VIP points are earned based on real-money wagering activity and credited according to the programme rules. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts. sk4444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice.

Section 5

Game Rules, Fair Play, and Sports Betting

All casino games available on sk4444 are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective game provider. Random number generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently tested and certified for fairness.

• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, all affected bets may be declared void and stakes returned to player accounts. sk4444's decision in such matters is final.
• Sports Betting Markets: All sports betting markets, including live in-play markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports, are subject to the applicable market rules published on the platform. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once a bet slip confirmation is received and the wager is reflected in your transaction history. sk4444 is not liable for bets that were not properly confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Prohibited Conduct: The use of automated scripts, bots, betting calculators designed to exploit market errors, arbitrage strategies, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such activity will be suspended and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Responsible Play: You acknowledge that all betting and gaming activity involves financial risk. sk4444 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion. We strongly encourage you to use these tools and to review our Responsible Gaming page.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

sk4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players manage their activity and maintain healthy gambling habits. All account holders are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time by contacting support. Once set, a reduction in limit takes effect immediately; an increase requires a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may opt in to receive time reminders after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the platform for a specified period of no less than 30 days. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, no new accounts may be opened and no deposits may be made.

Section 7

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

sk4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to void any pending or settled bets, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the account eligibility or fair play rules.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the VIP programme.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or collusion strategies.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against sk4444 without valid cause.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Section 8

Privacy and Data Protection

sk4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including but not limited to name, date of birth, address, national ID details, and payment account information — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk4444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game information, or sports data caused by third-party data provider errors.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Any loss of winnings arising from game malfunctions, as addressed in Section 5.

sk4444 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Section 10

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

sk4444 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If you believe there has been an error in the settlement of a bet, a technical malfunction that affected your gameplay, or a breach of these Terms on our part, please follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed complaint in writing to [email protected], including your account username, the date and time of the relevant activity, and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2 — Review Period: sk4444 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within seven (7) business days of receipt.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request escalation to a senior review team. sk4444's final decision on all disputed matters will be communicated in writing and is binding, unless otherwise determined by a competent court of law.

All disputes, claims, and legal proceedings relating to these Terms or your use of sk4444 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which sk4444 operates. Any claim must be submitted within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

sk4444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify active account holders via the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you object to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
